Your appointments are built around dedicated, one-on-one time with our practitioners and with Dr. Gladden. Because that time is reserved exclusively for you, the guidelines below help us protect your appointments, keep your experience on track, and make sure you get the full value of everything you have invested in. By scheduling an appointment with Gladden Longevity, you agree to the following.
Your appointments
Every appointment you book, whether by phone, by video, or in person, is reserved specifically for you. You will receive a confirmation and reminders for each appointment, along with the link or details you need to join. Please review them so you know when and how to connect with us.
Preparing for your appointments
Some appointments require us to review your information in advance, such as your intake questionnaire, labs, bloodwork, imaging, and records. When that is the case, your documents must be uploaded to your portal at least 48 hours before your appointment so your provider can prepare.
If your documents are not in by that point, we may reschedule the appointment to a later date so that your time with us is as valuable as possible. This is not a penalty. It is how we make sure your provider walks in with everything they need. We are always happy to help you upload your documents if you run into any trouble.
Rescheduling and cancellations
We understand that life happens and plans change. If you need to move an appointment, we ask for at least 72 business hours notice so we can offer the time to another client and find a new slot that works for you. You can reschedule using the link in your confirmation or reminder emails, or by contacting our team.
Because these appointments reserve dedicated clinical time, we ask that you limit changes where possible and give us as much notice as you can. Repeated late changes may affect how quickly we are able to offer you new premium appointment times.
Late arrivals
Please join your appointment on time, and ideally a minute or two early. If you are running late, we will hold your appointment for up to 10 minutes from the scheduled start time. If we are unable to reach you within that window, the appointment will be treated as a missed appointment.
If you join late, your appointment will still end at its originally scheduled time so that we can honor the next client's reserved slot.
Missed appointments
If you miss an appointment without notice, we will reach out the same day to help you reschedule, because we want you to get the care and results you came to us for. Missed appointments are rescheduled in keeping with the terms of your specific service or program. If appointments are repeatedly missed, our team will reach out personally to confirm your commitment before reserving additional time with Dr. Gladden or our clinical team.
If we need to reschedule you
On rare occasions, we may need to move an appointment on our end. If that happens, we will notify you as soon as possible, apologize for the change, and prioritize getting you into the next available time. A change initiated by us never counts against you.
Virtual and in-person appointments
Your appointments may be conducted by phone, by video, or in person, and the details for joining or arriving are included in your confirmations. If you would like to change the format of an appointment, please let us know at least 72 business hours in advance so we can arrange the details and send you everything you need for the new format.
Payments and refunds
There are no refunds for services rendered. Once a service has been purchased, your payment is final and non-refundable. Any additional fees, deposits, or terms are governed by the agreement for the specific service, program, or membership you have purchased, and missing or rescheduling an appointment does not change those terms. Please reach out to our team with any questions.
Acknowledgment
